ABOUT | Ethan Hushin

A little bit about myself.

My name is Ethan Hushin and I am a UX/UI designer from Connecticut. I am passionate about designing for social good and improving the lives of others through design. I have always felt a responsibility to help others, and as a designer I can use my platform to drive positive change for society as a whole while helping others achieve their goals.

I received my bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut’s School of Business, which included courses on UX design, front & back end development, and business management. Through this I’ve realized my passion for design, and just how much of an impact it has not only on technology, but on everything we see and interact with in the world around us. As a nature lover, I have become fascinated with the natural balance of things, and I try to incorporate this in my designs. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as a designer.

In my free time I love attending sporting events, especially Hartford Athletic games, and spending time outdoors playing sports, hiking, biking, camping, or fishing.
